Delivery costs are applied to the order prior to the order being submitted, the costs will be in the currency selected.
If there is a problem with supplying the order you will be advised via email of the options.
Delivery within NZ
Delivery to any address in New Zealand will be, in most regions by Fastway Couriers - except to Wellington and regions not covered by Fastway, where we will use NZ Post Track and Trace. All orders are traceable.
For ready made items such as tees and coats please allow 2-3 business days for delivery of your goods. For custom made items please allow 5 - 10 days for the garment to be completed and sent. An email will be sent when the goods are dispatched.
All orders outside of New Zealand are sent via New Zealand International Air Post or Express Post. Expected delivery times for key destinations is between 7-14 days via standard air post or 3-5 business days for express courier. Please note all orders to Canada will be via International Express Post due to issues in the past with goods not arriving on time.
Non-Express orders are not tracked outside New Zealand. Mr Soft Top will not be liable for any import or custom taxes that may apply to your order.
If you are unhappy with your purchase from Mr Soft Top please contact us immediately to discuss the issue. If the goods delivered are not what you ordered or are damaged in any way please return your purchase unworn and in new condition to Mr Soft Top within 21 days of receipt and we will either exchange your item/s or provide you a credit to the value of your purchase less shipping.
Please note: Made to Order Sweaters will not be exchanged or credited if you have ordered the wrong size. If you have provided accurate measurements and the garment has not been made to those measurements then we will remedy the problem as soon as the garment has been returned.
The item/s must be in original condition - unworn, with tags attached (if applicable) and packaging in good condition.
Package the item/s securely including the packing slip and receipt and either:

or post to Mr Soft Top, PO Box 661, Warkworth, New Zealand, 0910.
We will only refund the freight costs if the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged for other products.

Payment types accepted are credit card via Paypal or transfer into Paypal account or Internet banking, transactions will be billed in currency selected. A confirmation email is sent to confirm goods purchased and value of order. An invoice can also be viewed via your account profile on Mr Soft Top under order history.
Once the items on your order are in stock and are ready for dispatch, we will process payment for the Goods (plus any delivery charges) using your nominated credit card. You authorize Mr Soft Top to debit the order value amount from your nominated credit card.
If your nominated credit card is declined by your financial institution, we will contact you to make alternative payment and delivery arrangements.
